needed a name

Today for work i went with my boss (Jim) to Bedford NY, Greenwich CT, and the Encon office and factor in Stratford Ct. It was a pretty good trip though it would probably be worth the effort to invest in a Giants championship hat to wear around the region instead of my redsox one. Since we do about 60% of our work in NY and 30% in Ct near NY, large men at construction sites are not really the people you want to start auguring with. It was a pretty sweet trip over all i learned a lot.

And I got to drive the company Prius across a parking lot to move it for lawn mowing. It took me like 10 seconds though to figure out how to turn it off lol. Apprently you just press the power button again, thought you are suppose to press the park button first, I failed to do that. I am going to have to work on getting on the company insurance plan so I can drive it to site vists :) But apparently its rather hard to get on it according to Jim.

FOTD: 6:15 a.m. 1 bowl raisin brand, 1 cup milk

7:45 a.m. 1 cup "bold" coffee I am not sure exactly what this is it says bold on the pot and i was looking at the jar it comes from and it says Italian Roast Espresso, so idk if it is really espresso or coffee but it taste better than to normal coffee its less bitter.

1:00 p.m. Buffalo chicken sandwich, onion rings, pickle, coke (this meal was paid for by the company and was super good.)

6:30 p.m. Steak, peppers and onions, OJ, Italian bread, chicken flavored noodles

8:00 p.m. Italian ice

(seemed to have a lot of things with Italian in the name lol, if yesterday made you jealous Ben I am sure you didn't like this one)

Igor Stravinsky was born on this day in 1882

Today work was back to the usual. Tomorrow I have to be in work at 7:30 I am going with my boss the Bedford, NY, Greenwich, CT and some air handler factor (giant compressors and fan coils and heat exchanges that they use to cool and heat modern houses works with you boiler google it). I am going to try to get a company camera again so maybe I can get some pictures for the blog :)

I tried a new way coming home today didn't work out so well took like an extra 10 min. If we get back earlier enough tomorrow I might try google mapping another way.

I cleaned the inside of the car today tomorrow should be the 2,500 mile waxing.

So my best idea today at work was in install a new temperately segment for about a week to keep you all interested until i get my camera. Since I have been home I have not lost any weight as i was thinking I would. So I am going to keep track of everything I eat and drink for like a week besides water (I drink a lot of water but i assume it has no calories lol) and heed your suggestions. I'll call it Food of the Day (FOTD). I suggest some of my readers take they same approach, if you remember I was trying to inspire someone with this blog.

FOTD: 6:45 a.m. 1 bowl raisin brand and 1 glass milk
8:30 a.m. 1 cup coffee
10:00 a.m. one chicken cutlet
12:00 p.m. 1 can overstuffed ravioli, 1 can mountain dew, 1 small bag chex mix
5:30 p.m. 2 glasses of OJ, mashed potatoes, 1/2 meatball grinder, 1/2 sausage grinder
9:00 p.m. grapes

Its Monday in the USA.

Today was by far the worst day of work. I was there for 10 and a half hours with a half hour lunch (mind you i don't get paid by the hour). They volunteered me to help another group finish there project for tomorrow... It was electrical mind you i went to school for mechanical. Lets just say it sucked a lot and took forever.

On the bright side we had Boston Market for dinner :)

Also I finally took the millage to work today its only 18.4 miles yet it takes me 31 minutes to get there for an average mph of 35.6 mph all that great Bristol traffic is not very fuel efficient, especially the school buses, I hate school buses.

And our first work picnic is this Friday its about time :) Nothing like free beer two days in a row due to work. (Thursday is softball night)

A Good Day for Diving

Today was pretty boring went to the lake for Father's Day and saw the grandparents who are doing pretty bad :(. Though they are moving back to there house Saturday and getting someone to come over so hopefully that will be better. My grandma doesn't like eat anymore all she does is sleep and cry...

Went water skiing for the 2nd time is year really choppy compared to the first time.

So looks like we are really moving again, though it is only like two streets away lol. And the house is going to be even bigger, though the parents do drive me rather crazy often so idk how long i woudl want to live there for. Its like and old person development too hahaha. You have to be over 55 to move in and your kids have to be at least 18. (So you know everyone in the neighbor hood is of age :-D) And all your lawn care and shoveling in the winter is taken care of. Though moving is going to be quiet to pain in the ass.

Now for the exciting part. As most of you know there is a giant paddle boat at Bantam Lake that goes around the lake giving tours and such. Well yesterday I learned while I was up there today apparently it flipped over with 20 people on board and 4 had to go to the hospital with minor injuries LMAO. Too bad Casey had to be a jackass and not go back to WPI with the car sooner or me Ryan and Steve would have been up there rescuing people with the boat and shooting mortars to signal for more help... might have even made the evening news.
